Hugh spent four decades in plumbing, HVAC, and wholesale distribution — long enough to help grow organizations like Everflow, Water Coolers, MIFAB, and Sunroc, and to be named Person of the Year by The Wholesaler magazine in 2024. But the part of his story that shapes how he leads isn't on the résumé. He's come through cancer, watched a business come apart, and rebuilt his career with a clearer sense of why it matters.
